The Orange County Chinese American Chamber of Commerce Foundation (OCCACCF) grants $20,000 scholarships to EACH of 10 students of Chinese descent every year. It is committed to help the community by reaching out to those students who have succeeded both inside and outside of the classroom, but may have difficulty attending college without financial assistance. 

Applicants must have at least one parent who is of Chinese descent, must show financial need, must have at least 3.0 GPA, have a community college, college or university acceptance, and be graduating from a high school in Orange County or Los Angeles County.
