Although school will look and feel different in the coming weeks, PTSA looks forward to supporting our families, teachers and students with efforts to build community during this very unique school year. We plan to continue or reimagine as many character development programs supporting our school and students as possible, such as Red Ribbon/Choices Matter Week, Reflections and the student PTSA. We will continue to provide significant financial support for the Wellness Center, Technology needs, IRC resources and academic enrichment. Parent “helping hands” volunteers will be there to help with registration and again when we can return to campus. The annual LCHS Home Tour will be back virtually in the spring to both raise money and bring our community together with a beautiful shared experience.
In our fast changing world, we hope to keep you up-to-date on PTSA and school activities through our monthly meetings via Zoom and semi-monthly Constant Contact newsletter. Principal Cartnal and a representative from the La Canada School Board regularly attend our meetings to provide important updates that you won’t want to miss.
